This machine adopts Taiwan Delta PLC, touch screen centralized control, and is equipped with fault prompt system. It can be exchanged between semi-automatic and full-automatic, semi-automatic for ultra-thin plate and full-automatic for medium and heavy plate. Printing speed, pre positioning time and conveying speed are all regulated by frequency converter, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and can be designed and modified according to customer requirements.
Characteristic:
1. Transmission mode:
The imported brake clutch deceleration motor is used to drive the glass sheet conveying through the anti-skid polyester synchronous belt. With the frequency converter, the glass sheet is stable and safe in the conveying process, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the needs.
2. Lifting mode of conveyor frame:
The glass conveying frame adopts pneumatic cam lifting, and is equipped with photoelectric sensor to control the coordination of automatic process and the position of glass feeding, which is convenient for accurate positioning。
3. Head lifting:
Head lifting adopts imported brake clutch motor to drive worm gear reducer through chain transmission, which can make the head realize self-locking at any position and increase safety performance. The double protection switch is set at the highest and lowest position to prevent the machine from being damaged by excessive lifting.
4. Precise positioning
It is equipped with multiple positioning points, driven by air cylinder in both directions (upper drive and transverse drive), and the positioning pulley is imported linear guide with precision ball screw can be selected to adjust the positioning, so as to ensure the absolute accuracy of precise positioning. It is equipped with adjusting hand wheel, position display and adjusting locking device. The adjusting distance can be adjusted between the largest and the smallest glass. When positioning, the positioning pulley rises out of the table, and when printing, the positioning pulley falls below the table, so as to ensure the printing of different thickness glass sheets.
5. Printing and ink return device
Adopt high precision decelerating motor, drive synchronous belt, cooperate with imported precision linear guide rail to pull printing beam for oil sealing and printing. The stepless speed regulation of printing and sealing oil is achieved by frequency converter. The scraper and oil return knife are driven by air cylinder and equipped with air pressure regulating device. The cylinder pressure can be adjusted according to different prints. The angle of scraper and oil return knife is adjustable from 0 to 35 degrees. There are two printing functions: single printing and double printing.
6. Off grid mechanism
The frame is raised synchronously by synchronous off grid structure design and printing action. The cylinder quick reset device is set, which does not produce shock wave and elastic fatigue. For different viscosity ink, different tension of the screen plate scraping does not produce shadow, deformation, gluing plate to meet various high-precision printing.
7. Adjustment of printing thickness
The machine head is equipped with a adjusting handle and position display, which can adjust the distance between the screen plate and the print by changing the position from the contact to the photoelectric switch。
8. Screen plate clamping adjustment device
The screen plate is clamped by short side pneumatic clamping, with manual locking device to ensure that the screen plate does not move when there is no air source after work. The adjusting device is equipped with three scale adjusting handles to achieve the purpose of adjusting the screen in front, back, left and right directions, and the adjusting distance is ± 15mm.
